Subtitleeditor 0.21.0 is out and packaged for fedora 9.
subtitleeditor is a GTK+2 tool to edit subtitles on GNU/Linux/*BSD and full of features.
With subtitleeditor, synching subtitles becomes easier. It is easy to move subtitles, change the framerate, scale the subtitles and even translate.
An embedded movie player allows you to directly check how synchronized are your subtitles.

To install subtitleeditor 0.21.0 on Fedora 9, get the RPM from rpm-based.org's repository.
